Reid Law Group, P.C. is located in Baldwin, New York. We have over 12 years of experience handling bankruptcy and title escrow matters for individuals across Long Island.
Currently, we have an opportunity for a Personal Assistant. This position offers excellent opportunity for you to utilize your knowledge and experience while enhancing your growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Must be able to utilize judgment in handling all confidentiality issues
• Screen and handle incoming calls (don’t know if you want this also)
• Manage appointments and maintain calendar
• Arrange travel and accommodations
• Coordinate and organize events
• Maintain QuickBooks files
• Handle all monthly office billing and customer bills
• Query and manage database billing (what’s the name of the system)
• Prepare written communications for review
• Assist with direct internal and external marketing
• Establish and maintain a process for managing Real Estate properties
Qualifications:
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to work on your own initiative and be able to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of QuickBooks
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Proficient in on-line research and email maintenance
